Once you’ve chosen the trip and the travel dates, simply reserve your spot with a 10% deposit. 

Your trip is officially “confirmed” for departure once six or more people reserve a spot. As soon as the trip is confirmed, we will provide you with full trip details. Next, it’s over to you to handle a few important details, including booking your flight tickets, obtaining travel insurance, and checking if there are any travel or visa requirements you need to comply with.

Once your trip is confirmed, you’ll gain access to the pre-trip video series prepared by our historians and experts. The series includes 15 to 20 video lectures, each addressing a specific topic relevant to our theme. We always begin with a comprehensive overview session that introduces the key topics and questions the experts will explore, along with the main takeaways. Then, each lecture delves deeper into a specific topic. With each episode, you’ll see the bigger picture and understand the various layers that shape or influence the culture and history of the region.

The video lectures are delivered to your group through our e-learning and community platform. This platform provides an amazing space to engage with the content and your fellow travellers by starting conversations, asking questions, and learning a bit more about the people you’ll be travelling with.

Once the trip is fully confirmed, we will kindly request that you pay the remaining balance. In the rare event that we are unable to confirm your group within 30 days before your travel date, we will refund your deposit or offer alternative dates for your journey.
