We understand that sometimes plans change and unexpected events occur. Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason, we’re here to help.

How to Cancel: Please reach out to us at enquiries@bootsandbridges.com, and we’ll handle your cancellation request according to the terms below.

Refunds & Fees:

• More than 60 days before the trip date: We’re happy to offer a full refund.
• Between 60 to 30 days before the trip date: A cancellation fee of 30% of the trip value will apply.
• Less than 30 days before the trip starts: Regrettably, a 100% cancellation fee will be applicable, as by this time we would have paid most of the suppliers for your booking.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 20 days of the cancellation request.

Travel Insurance: Life is full of surprises. To safeguard your trip investments, we highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance and fully cover your risk in case you need to cancel your plans.
